Jointly hosted by XTcera, KTJ, Dentalwings and other well-known enterprises on July 25, 2015, the National Digital Teacher-training Class of Vocational Colleges came to a successful conclusion.
This class fully demonstrated the whole process of digital denture manufacture in the order ofzirconia material foundation, performance of porcelain pieces, scanner design,typesetting &cutting and then dyeing & sintering.
The morning meeting was theory lecture, which was held by XTcera’s in its Songshan Lake R&D center. It was divided into 3 parts: sales director of XTcera Mr Zhu explained the Development and Application of CAD/CAM, chief engineer Mr He gave a presentation of the Foundationand Application of zirconia matericals; the CEO of Dentalwings in china MrFrank introduced the Dentalwings scanner and its usage. This class gave all teachers at the scene an opportunity to know about the development and trend of digital oral.
The afternoon meeting, held in the digital center of XTcera’s Shenzhen marketing center, was mainly focused on practical demonstration. Engineers of XTcera and Dentalwings gave a live demonstration of Dentalwings scanner, Hyperdent typesetting software, X-mill series milling machine’s operation as well as the dyeing process of zirconia and so on.
After the training class, XTcera issued a qualification certificate and presented a gift (a zirconia artificial diamond) for teachers who passed the training examination.
